Local character as an asset
A property in Varanasi has something an international chain interior cannot buy. Guests come for Kashi, and artwork that grounds the property in it does commercial work — it distinguishes the hotel from an interchangeable interior, and it is what guests photograph and post.
We produce that work in the city it comes from, in the traditional iconography as readily as in a contemporary register.
Practical points for hospitality projects
- Wall loading decides material. Cast fiber fixes to standard walls; cement and GRC usually do not.
- Lighting must rake across relief, not hit it flat — decide fixture positions before the electrical layout is frozen.
- Scale to the actual viewing distance; fine detail on a double-height wall is wasted.
- We work to a handover date and can phase installation around a live property.
Frequently asked questions
Can you install while the property stays open?
Usually yes, with phasing agreed in advance. Cast panels are made in the studio and installed quickly on site, which minimises disruption; in-situ cement work needs a longer continuous site window.
Can you match an existing interior scheme?
Yes. We work to your designer’s palette and finish references, and we supply physical samples for approval before fabrication.
