Selected work

Work from the Graphic Arts studio in Varanasi across cast fiber, GRC, carved cement, fabricated metal, reclaimed scrap and paint — from relief panels for interiors to monumental civic installations and building-height murals.

The N50 installation lit at night — cut-metal numerals with a city skyline worked into their faces, glowing from within

N50 — Noida 50 Years Metal Installation

A commemorative civic landmark fabricated for the Noida 50 Years celebration. The numerals read as a monumental marker from across the plaza, while a cut-metal cityscape worked into their faces resolves only at close range — and internal lighting turns the piece into a different object after dark.

Fiber Cast Relief Murals

A selection of cast fiber relief murals from the studio. Each begins as a full-size clay original, is moulded, then cast in FRP and finished — bronze, gilded, or left in a pale monochrome where the composition depends entirely on shadow.

Fiber Cast Sculptures

Figurative work in cast fiber, from garden-scale installations to portrait statuary and commemorative pieces. FRP is what makes work at this scale practical to move, lift and install.

A monumental elephant assembled from reclaimed chain, pipe, gears and machine components, with painted decorative panels set into the body
Reclaimed scrap metal

Scrap Material Sculptures

Work built entirely from discarded metal. Nothing is cast; every piece is an assembly of sorted scrap welded onto an engineered steel armature until the found objects resolve into a form.

GRC (glass fibre reinforced concrete)

GRC Relief Work

Relief work in glass fibre reinforced concrete — a material that behaves like cast stone but weighs a fraction of it, used here for both painted and natural-finish compositions.

A carved cement relief of a seated Buddha in blue robes framed by gilded bamboo on a dark ground
Carved cement, in situ

Cement Relief Murals

Relief carved directly into cement mortar on the wall itself. These are not panels fixed on afterwards — they are modelled in place and cure as part of the masonry.

Exterior-grade acrylic

Large-Scale Wall Paintings

Mural work at building scale — full multi-storey facades painted with rope access, alongside street-level portrait and decorative work.
