Iconography treated as a requirement
A figure that is beautifully made and iconographically wrong is a failed commission. We agree mudra, attributes, vahana and proportion with the trust or committee at drawing stage, and we present a clay original or maquette for approval before full-size work begins.
Getting the approval done at that point is what prevents the difficult conversation later, when correction is expensive.

Yes, and we treat it as a requirement rather than a preference. Conventions are agreed at drawing stage and approved on a clay original or maquette before full-size sculpting begins.
How large a statue can you produce for a temple precinct?
Monumental scale is achievable in FRP over an engineered steel armature, built in sections and assembled on site. That approach is what makes very large figures practical without crane access and heavy foundations.
Can a trust approve the work in stages?
Yes, and we encourage it — concept drawing, then maquette or clay original, then finish sample. Staged approval is how a committee-commissioned piece avoids expensive late correction.
